Basic Fundamentals of Shadow Boxing: fluidity moving across the floor and delivering accurate punches defining you in that moment of time. Tons of twisting working your core/trunk muscles, reflexes, and keeping you cognitive about the here-n-now.
Heavybags: Now, this is where it gets intense. Every questionable fundamental that impacts, will give a sound of resolution of, "damn, I did that?!” Muscles you either forgot about or had no idea existed will begin to form and tighten up. Your mid-section will be sore.
