Our fun and intense boxing camp classes will take the monotony out of any workout. Trainers provide a consistent quick workout with a new routine every time you workout. Other boxing classes include mitt work and sparring which are optional.
We like kids
Prime Time Boxing offers teen boxing classes and youth boxing classes for ages 6 and up, with all the great benefits of a martial arts program and the added benefit of a cardiovascular workout.
