New Workout
The Prime Time Boxing workout is like no other. Derived from real competitive boxing training, this program stays true to form but is ever changing. We have not tried to recreate a fake boxing regimen, but have simply taken the real fundamentals and training methods and put them in a structured format. This has made it simple for anyone to learn the sweet science.
The training is 45 minutes of non-stop action. All classes are timed by the round timer with either 2 or 3 minute intervals and 30 second rests. This is the best formula for conditioning. Boxing is the originator of circuit training and that is exactly what we do. You jump rope, shadow box, hit heavy bags and speed bags, hit punch mitts with the trainers, do a multitude of abs exercises and conditioning drills. All the while you will learn boxing technique in a progressive format.
To add to the boxing camp classes, Prime Time Boxing also offers mitt work camps and sparring classes. Mitt camp offers more interaction with the trainers, allowing you to hit targets. At no time will another member hold punch mitts for you, as it takes a lot training to hold the mitts properly. Sparring class is for those who would like to be interactive with an opponent. You will need sparring gloves, mouthpiece, headgear and cup to participate.
