Experience Back in the House of Folsom!

If you are currently going to the Prime Time Boxing in Folsom, you have a treat in store!

Jerry "The General" and Fabian Melendez are back in the Prime Time house after a year's hiatus.

Both Jerry and Fabian have an extensive background in boxing which include Junior Olympic and Golden Glove titles. Whether you are at Prime Time to learn how to box or just get a kick-ass workout, these guys will get the job done! Just like the trainers in Sacramento and Roseville, they will take you through the Prime Time program which will get you in shape fast and kill the monotony that you are trying to get away from at 24 Hour or Cal Fit. At Prime Time the workouts always change and you are pushed more than you can push yourself. If you aren't a part of our fistic family yet, get enrolled into one of the gyms before the end of the year.

If you would like to get emails from Prime Time with discounts and specials please go to the contact page and fill out the inquiry form.

Looking forward to seeing you at the gym!

Train this Saturday at Prime Time Boxing

We have been listening and now are offering a more flexible schedule. We want boxing training to be a part of EVERYONE'S lives and our new schedule and pricing structure will allow that to happen! We will be sending out an email to all of our past and current members as well as anyone who inquires on our website.

But for now, we will be offering drop-in classes this Saturday at 10am and 11am at the Sacramento gym, but you must reserve a spot by this Friday. We will only take 12 participants in each class and will provide some chit chat on nutrition. Come train and hang out with the founders of Prime Time Boxing!

The cost for this class is only $20.

For the Sacramento location call our amazing Amanda at 927-2697 ex. 2 for all of the details.

If you are in Roseville, call the lovely Amber at 774-2696 ex.1 or hit extension 2 to talk to Amanda.

In Folsom, call Mike Jr. at 985-2696 ex. 2.
